The saw head pole mounts the included razor sharp 16″ tri-cut pruning saw. The saw head is permanently mounted to the upper end, and the pole has a male ferrule at the lower end to connect to other poles. The LS Series fiberglass poles are light-duty with a hollow core. The three poles combine for a maximum of 18-foot reach. Poles snap together with no tools. For highest performance and safety, Jameson recommends always using a base pole.
